Get Help From Max

Where you'll see Max in LeaseMax: the video guide, Need some help?, the homepage bubble, and Max chat when it is available to you.

LeaseMax uses Max in a few places. You might see a video guide while you get started, a Need some help? shortcut to book a call, a small homepage bubble, or Max chat if it is available on your account. This guide explains each one so you know what to expect.

1. Max on Get Started (video guide)

On the Get Started flow you'll see a short looping video of Max with a typed greeting, for example:

"Hey there, I'm Max, your virtual assistant at LeaseMax. Let's get started, shall we?"

As you answer the quick questions (have you leased before? when are you planning? then Get My Deal), Max's tip can update to match the step.

This Max is a guide, not a place to type questions.

2. Need some help? (book a call)

While you build your deal (and on several other screens), Max appears next to "Need some help?".

  1. Select the Max avatar next to Need some help? (on some screens the label itself is also clickable).
  2. The call scheduler opens in a new tab at /calendly.
  3. Pick a time with a lease expert.

3. Homepage help bubble

On the homepage you may see a floating Max bubble that says Text 844-23-LEASE. On the Privacy Policy and Terms pages it may say Call or text 844-23-LEASE.

If Max chat is not available to you yet, this bubble is a common way to reach help. Tapping it opens the same call scheduler. It does not place a phone call by itself. Use it when you want to book time with the team.

4. Max chat

Max chat is rolling out to shoppers over time. If you have it, you'll see a chat bubble you can open to type questions about leases, rebates, or a VIN. You may see suggested prompts (for example quote a lease, compare terms, or ask about rebates), and you can attach a photo of a VIN plate, window sticker, or registration.

If you don't see a chat panel, that's normal. Not everyone has Max chat yet. Use the video Max, Need some help?, or /calendly instead. More people will get chat as the rollout continues.

When you do have chat, Max can help you move forward with tools like deal-sheet cards or checkout prompts. Always review anything Max suggests before you pay or unlock options.

Troubleshooting

  • Max's avatar isn't moving. The Get Started Max is a short looping video. Refresh the page, or turn off low-power mode if your browser pauses video.
  • Nothing happens when you select Max next to Need some help? Allow pop-ups for LeaseMax, or open /calendly yourself.
  • You don't see a chat box. Max chat may not be available on your account yet. Use Need some help? or the homepage bubble to book a call.
  • You'd rather talk to a person right away. Go to /calendly any time.
