Select Rebates & Incentives

Choose manufacturer and dealer rebates you actually qualify for: at checkout after payment, and when building a deal on your dashboard.

A rebate is manufacturer or dealer money that lowers the price of the lease, for example a loyalty offer or a special for certain shoppers. LeaseMax can list rebates you might qualify for so none get left off your deal. This guide covers where the rebate step appears and how to use it honestly.

Why rebates matter

Selecting a rebate you qualify for can lower the capitalized cost (the price the payment is based on), which usually lowers the monthly payment or Due At Signing. Selecting a rebate you don't qualify for can make numbers look better than what a lender will approve: so only check ones that apply to you.

Where you'll see rebates

1. After payment (thank-you / checkout page)

On /checkout after a successful payment, if LeaseMax finds rebates for your car and area, a window appears:

  • Title: "One more thing."
  • Question: "Are you eligible for any of these money-saving rebates?"

Steps:

  1. Read each rebate's name and dollar value.
  2. Check any rebate that applies to you (you can select more than one).
  3. Use the information icon when present for a short description of who qualifies.
  4. If there are many rebates, use the left/right arrows to page through them.
  5. Select Continue to save your choices.

Then you can Download your deal sheet and create or sign in to your account. See Check Out.

2. When building or editing a deal while signed in

On the dashboard deal builder, LeaseMax may open a rebates modal before finalizing so you can apply incentives to that build. The same rule applies: only select what you qualify for.

Tips

  • Prefer honesty over a lower sample payment. Lenders will verify eligibility later.
  • Rebates affect lease numbers on the deal sheet. They are not subtracted from the one-time LeaseMax payment for the report.
  • If no rebate window appears, none were returned for that vehicle/area, or none apply right now. You can still download and use your deal.

Troubleshooting

  • I closed the rebate window by mistake. Reopen the deal sheet or rebuild/refresh the deal; if you're still on checkout, refresh the page once (don't pay again).
  • I'm not sure I qualify. Leave the box unchecked, or book a call with a lease expert: Book a Call.
  • Numbers changed after I selected rebates. That's expected. Incentives change the price basis of the lease.

Complete Your Payment

Pay for your finished lease deal safely: from the reassurance step through secure Stripe payment, or the on-page card form when you see it.

Check Out

After your deal is paid for, the checkout page is where you confirm rebates, download your deal sheet, and set up your account.
