Pre-payment reassurance page and what LeaseMax stands behind.

Before you pay for your full report, LeaseMax often shows a reassurance page. This is not the deal sheet PDF: it's a pre-payment step that sets expectations and sends you to secure payment.

Where you'll see this

The page is at /deal/reassurance (needs a dealId from a deal you built). It shows a preview of the report, short slides, and help. You reach it after building a deal and choosing a plan when that path is used.

What this page tells you

The reassurance page is an informational step. It's there to set your expectations and remind you whose side LeaseMax is on. Here's the message it presents.

We tap into the banks for the best deal

After your one-time payment, LeaseMax applies the banks' rates, residuals, APRs, and all available incentives to your car's VIN to find the best deal. In plain terms: it uses real lender programs and every incentive you qualify for: tied to your exact car: rather than a rough estimate.

  1. Review the deal sheet preview and the slides so you know what to expect.
  2. When you're ready, select Get your report here.
  3. LeaseMax sends you to a secure Stripe payment page to complete your one-time payment. After success you continue to the thank-you page (rebates, download, account): see Complete Your Payment and Check Out.

Troubleshooting

  • "There was an error processing your request": If you see this message after selecting Get your report here, it means your request didn't go through. Wait a moment and try again. If it keeps happening, use the help prompt on the page to contact support.
  • The page sends you back to the start: The reassurance page needs to be opened from a deal you built. If you land somewhere else, return to your deal and continue from there.
  • The deal preview images haven't appeared: Give the page a moment to finish loading the preview before continuing.
