LeaseMax Help

Manage Saved Deals

Create, open, refresh, and edit deals from All Quotes on your dashboard.

After you have an account, every fully built deal lives on your dashboard Home page. This guide covers starting new deals, opening the deal sheet, refreshing pricing, editing, and other-bank options.

Before you start

  • Log in and open Home (/dashboard). Tour: Your Dashboard.
  • There is no separate Deal menu item. Deals live under Home.

Where deals live

On a computer, the list is titled All Quotes.

On a phone, you'll still see your saved deals as a list under My Dashboard, but you may not see the "All Quotes" heading or the desktop tip cards.

Each row shows vehicle, VIN, last refresh, last edited, and actions.

Create a new deal

  1. Select Get New Deal (desktop) or New Deal (phone).
  2. If you're out of credits, LeaseMax shows Oops! and Continue so you can buy more: How Credits Work.
  3. Enter vehicle and lease details on /dashboard/deal (title New Deal). When ready, select Get Deal.
  4. You may select rebates (One more thing.): Select Rebates & Incentives.
  5. Confirm Ready for Your New Deal?: Confirm uses 1 credit, then a short animation and View Deal open your PDF.

Open the deal sheet (PDF)

Select the vehicle's name in the list. That opens /pdf?dealId=… so you can review and Download the PDF.

It does not open the editor. Download steps: Download Your Deal Sheet.

Refresh pricing

Select Refresh. LeaseMax re-checks current lender programs for that car so payments stay current. Do this before you head to a dealership if the quote is older.

If no program is found, you may be guided back to the deal builder to adjust inputs.

Edit a deal

Select Edit. That opens /dashboard/deal?dealId=… (Edit Deal) with details filled in so you can change mileage, down payment, term, and so on.

  • The VIN is typically fixed for that deal (you're refining the same car).
  • Editing and saving a rebuild does not use another credit: see How Credits Work.

Other banks

Use the Other Banks control (sometimes Save $X/mo when savings are shown). That path compares outside banks and can unlock a separate other-banks deal sheet.

Once unlocked, the control may show a PDF icon (especially on small screens) so you can reopen the other-banks sheet.

What you can't do (today)

LeaseMax does not offer rename or delete for individual quotes in the list. You can edit and refresh; you can't remove a row from All Quotes yourself.

Empty list

On a computer, an empty list may show "Nothing here yet! Add a deal to get started." On a phone, an empty list may just look blank. Build one with Get New Deal / New Deal.

Troubleshooting

  • I clicked the car name and expected to edit. Use Edit for the builder; vehicle name opens the deal sheet.
  • Refresh failed. Adjust details in the builder and rebuild.
  • Deal missing. Confirm you're on the same account and the deal finished building.
  • Out of credits. How Credits Work.
