Log In

Sign in to LeaseMax with your email and password to reach your dashboard, with help for forgotten passwords and wrong-credential errors.

Logging in brings you back to your LeaseMax dashboard, where your saved deals and account live. This article shows you how to sign in with your email and password, where to go if you've forgotten your password, and what to do if your details aren't accepted.

Before you start

  • You'll need the email address and password you used when you created your account.
  • Don't have an account yet? Start with Create an Account.

Steps

Go to the login page at /login.

  1. Email: type the email address for your account in the Email box.
  2. Password: type your password in the Password box. Select the eye icon at the right of the box if you'd like to see what you typed.
  3. Select the Login button. You can also press Enter from either box.

When your details are correct, LeaseMax signs you in and takes you to your dashboard.

If you're already signed in, opening the login page sends you straight to your dashboard. There's no need to log in again.

Forgot your password?

Below the login form you'll see a Forgot Password? link. Select it to start the password reset process, where LeaseMax emails you a link to choose a new password. The full walkthrough is in Reset a Forgotten Password.

Troubleshooting

  • A red message appears and you're not signed in. Your email or password wasn't accepted. Re-type both carefully: passwords are case-sensitive, so check that Caps Lock is off: and try again.
  • You're sure the password is right but it still won't work. Use the Forgot Password? link to reset it. See Reset a Forgotten Password.
  • You don't remember signing up with that email. You may not have an account yet, or you used a different address. Try Create an Account.
  • The page seems stuck after you select Login. Give it a moment to load, then check that your email looks complete and try again.
