Book a Call

Schedule a one-on-one call with a LeaseMax lease expert. Here's how to open the scheduler, pick a time, and what to expect on the call.

Sometimes it helps to talk to a real person. LeaseMax lets you book a free, one-on-one call with a lease expert. This article shows how to open the scheduler, choose a time, and what to expect.

Before you start

  • You do not need an account to book a call.
  • If you've already built a deal, have it handy so the expert can look at the same numbers.

Steps

  1. Open the booking page at /calendly. Fast paths:
    • Select Max next to "Need some help?" (for example while you build a deal). Opens the scheduler in a new tab.
    • On the homepage, tap the bubble that says Text 844-23-LEASE (if you see it).
    • On Privacy Policy or Terms, the bubble may say Call or text 844-23-LEASE.
  2. Wait for the scheduler to load. You'll see the call type, length, and a short description.
  3. Pick a date with open slots.
  4. Choose a time (shown in your time zone).
  5. Enter your name and email.
  6. Confirm. You'll see a confirmation screen and get a confirmation email.

The homepage and legal-page bubbles open the same call scheduler. They do not place a phone call by themselves. They start booking, just like Need some help?

What to expect on the call

  • Friendly, no-pressure consultation with the LeaseMax team.
  • Bring questions about monthly payment, Due At Signing, rebates, or which lender program was chosen.
  • If you've built a deal, the expert can help you read it and decide next steps.

The booking page opens in a separate tab so you don't lose your place in the app.

Troubleshooting

  • Scheduler blank or spinner forever. Check your connection and refresh. Allow third-party content if a blocker is on.
  • New tab didn't open. Allow pop-ups for LeaseMax, or go to /calendly yourself.
  • No times that day. Try another date, or book when slots open again.
  • No confirmation email. Check spam; rebook if the address was mistyped.
